He has a degree in law from the University of Barcelona (1965).

He has been a lawyer in Andorra since 1983.

He represents the firm and is mainly involved in civil and criminal matters.

He provides legal aid for civil and administrative cases via the Andorran Bar Association.

He was a professor of administrative law and employment law at the University of Barcelona (1965-1971).

He was dean of the Andorran Bar Association from 1996-2000.

He was the Ambassador of the Principality of Andorra to the Kingdom of Spain in the period 2009-2011.

He is currently a representative of the Andorran Bar Association in the Council of European Bar Associations (CCBE).



Vanessa DURICH MOULET

She has a degree in law from the University of Toulouse I (1999).

In 2000 she obtained the diploma "Master in Advanced European Studies, a legal option" from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

She has been a lawyer since 2000.

She is mainly involved in criminal, civil and administrative matters.

Sheprovides legal aid for criminal, civil and administrative cases via the Andorran Bar Association.

She was a member of the board of the Andorran Bar Association in the period 2016-2020, also holding the position of vice-dean in the period 2019-2020.

She is currently a member appointed by the Principality of Andorra to the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT), a body of the Council of Europe.


 
Gerard ALIS EROLES
Lawyer

He holds a law degree from the University of Toulouse I (1999).

He worked as a lawyer in the legal service of a bank (1999-2005) and has been a lawyer since 2005.

He is mainly involved in civil, administrative, commercial and tax matters.

He provides legal aid for civil and administrative cases via the Andorran Bar Association.

He was amember of the General Council in the 2015-2019 legislature.

He was a member appointed by the Principality of Andorra to the Group of States against Corruption (Greco), a body of the Council of Europe, for 2 years (2010-2011).


 
Catalina LLUFRIU LLUCH
Lawyer

She has a degree in law from the University of Barcelona (1990). She has been a lawyer since 2000. She is mainly involved in matters of civil and criminal and administrative liability.

She provides legal aid for criminal, civil and administrative cases via the Andorran Bar Association.

She currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of the Andorran Bar Association. 
 


Vanessa NOGUEIRA DUARTE
Lawyer

She has a degree in law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2010). 

In 2011 she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with a specialization in Civil and Criminal Law at the School of Legal Practice (EPJ) of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB). 

In 2011 she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Criminology, Information Analysis and Advanced Techniques in Forensic Sciences at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).

She worked as a lawyer in the legal service of a bank (2013-2018) and has been a lawyer since 2021.

She is mainly involved in civil, criminal and administrative matters.
