BUFET PUJADAS ADVOCATS is a team of professionals dedicated to defending the rights and interests of those entrusted to it through the legal practice of law. The firm was founded in 1983 by the lawyer Manuel M. Pujadas i Domingo.
In 2017, the company ORATOR CONSELL I DEFENSA, SL was created by the founder along with the collaborating lawyers of the firm, Vanessa Durich and Gerard Alís. This company is the one that today operates under the professional brand BUFET PUJADAS ADVOCATS.
During the firm's existence and particularly over the last 20 years, the firm has been consolidating a reliable team of professionals made up of lawyers, accountants and secretaries. The stability of the work team and the lasting collaboration between the firm’s professionals has been the keyto the creation of BUFET PUJADAS ADVOCATS, ensuring the continuity of activity and philosophy of work established by its founding partner and the successive members of the team.
The company is referred to as a team because everyone has a specific role when it comes to attending our clients, starting with the secretarywho organizes the logistics, schedules lawyer-client sessions, telephone calls and videoconferences,deals with bureaucratic procedures andcommunicateswith the Courts and other public and private bodies.
As part of the firm’s organisation, there are always two lawyers in charge of eachcase entrusted to us: a full-time lawyer and a support lawyer. It is the firm’s philosophy to work as a team to provide the highest-quality service, understanding that this duality provides greater guarantees to the client and facilitates the dialogue with each of the professionals. This allows for better legal analysis as well as the exchange of ideas and opinions when attending and getting to know the client, as well as deciding on the best advice that can be given in each situation.
